Screen Grabbing software for MAC users

Find several screengrabbing software for MAC.

Different ways to grab screen on a MAC.

  • If you are using an older version of Mac, then you are stuck with command+shift+3 (or 4) to take a screenshot individually.
  • If you are running in Mac OS 10.4 you can use a program named "Screen Grabber 2.0.2"
  • If you don't need a picture of your entire screen, you can capture just part of the screen using Grab.

    • Open Grab (located in /Applications/Utilities).
    • Choose Capture > Selection.
    • Move the pointer to a corner of the area you want to capture.
    • Drag the pointer across the area and release the mouse button.

Screen Grabber 2.0 is a Mac OS X application for grabbing screen shots at even timeintervals from a movie. Very useful for creating previews, and thumbnails. Full source code for Xcode 2.3 and later is available under BSD license.

    What's new with Screen Grabber 2.0.2 ?
